Definitely the place to stop for a lunch if you are driving through Christina Lake area. What a wonderful discovery! Delicious and authentic Palestian food with a nice set up outside and food truck style. We took the chicken platter and the kabab sandwich and both were tasty. Othman, the very friendly owner, is an amazing person. Take the time to chat with him to learn about his story. Will definitely come back next time we drove by!

Usually when a place is rated a full 5 stars on google, I am suspicious. No one can nail it every single time. But having eaten here I understand. The owner is a great guy with a big personality and makes you feel right at home. He claims that his falafel is the best someone can find, and I love that. --for me personally, just getting back from a month in Egypt, I found my falafel to not pack the flavor that the best I ate while there had.-- That being said, this was awesome food served by a fun and joyful guy in a great setting. 5/5 every time.

Delicious (returned more than once) made to order. We had Kebab both beef and a chicken wraps, there are options. My wife asked for not spicy which is the baseline for everything. I asked for some heat which was spot on.

An absolute treat. Both the food and the owner. We had the Kabab and Chicken over rice with an absolutely delicious Basbousa cake (do not miss that!). Highly recommended.

That’s true. Best falafel almost in all BC not just Kootaney!! I came from Vancouver and tried one of best falafel I ever had. Exactly like home country. The most amazing thing is they are working on having live country music every Saturday which is super dope I’ll come again on Saturday again to enjoy all this amazing atmosphere The dine in is really good as outdoor I like outdoor for me.

Excellent, local beef kabobs and traditional recipe falafels. The food was so good, I thought I’d only have a couple bites and save for later, but nearly ate the whole thing in one sitting! Added bonus, Chef Adam offers great conversation, is kind, welcoming and really helpful!

A long time pending review. We had visited Baba Kebab while on our way from Vancouver to Banff and had a very hearty meal! Also got interesting recommendations of places to look around. Would love to visit and have the falafel and Basbousa again!!
